Customers are informed that, should they have a complaint, they can write to the Bank's complaints department (Service Réclamations Clients):

  • via the website,
  • by connecting to our secure messaging service,
  • by letter to CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe), 39 allée Scheffer, L-2520 LUXEMBOURG

We undertake to deal with your complaint as quickly as possible.

In accordance with CSSF regulation 16-07, should you not receive a reply or a satisfactory reply from the Bank within one month, you can also file your complaint with the CSSF (see the address on the website within a period of one year from the date at which you have filed the complaint with Indosuez Wealth (Europe).
